The purpose of the article is to define strategies for the development of the Ukrainian labor market based on the experience of decentralization of power in Poland.

The dialectical method has been used to study theoretical positions of the labor market functioning. The method of theoretical generalization has been used for the formulation of proposals and conclusions.
